Erin Brook, LCSW – Executive Director

My name is Erin Brook. I am the Executive Director. I graduated from OU with a Masters degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have held many jobs since beginning at YSCC in 2008 and have loved every one! My favorite part is getting to know the kids and watching as they grow and develop. I am married and have two children. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and camping trips with my family.  Together, my team and I work daily to provide the best for youth and families in Creek County.  You may contact me or another staff member by clicking on the Contact Us tab under About Us from menu.

Summer Fairchilds – Shelter Counselor/Safe Place Coordinator
I’m Summer, a Shelter Counselor for YSCC, who often times gets confused as being the youth! I graduated from Oklahoma State with a Bachelor degree in Human Development and Family Science. I love what I do and am thankful to be a part of the YSCC family. My days consist of being at the shelter teaching the youth coping and life skills.   My soul purpose of doing what I do is to hopefully make some sort of positive impression on the lives of children. I’ve been here 14 years and haven’t regretted it yet! 🙂

Debra Barger, M. ED –

Parenting Education Coordinator

Hello!  My name is Debra Barger.  I have been employed at YSCC six years.  I am the Parenting Education Coordinator and a prevention counselor.

I am a retired teacher and principal with a Masters in Education.  The 33 years that I served in public education has provided me with the skills and knowledge to serve Creek County residents in my present position.  The best part of my job is teaching parents how to nurture themselves and their children; as well as preparing them to provide a safe and loving home for their children.

I am married and have 3 grown sons and 6 grandchildren.
